I'm turning 30 this week and as I look back on my journey in my 20s I picked out the most important lessons I have learned in and out of the therapy room.
The number one thing I learned in my 20s was this:
I would not want to be anyone else but me-- because who I am is enough and there is room for me in this world just as I am.
The journey to get here, though, has not been easy. My 20s was a decade of feeling lost, afraid of making mistakes (and sometimes making them twice). I learned many lessons along the way that have helped me build the life I have now.

Always Cheering for you,
